if want to change a habit make it easy

this is the most important thing too do when want to adding a habit to your
system so by making the habit easy you will be happy too do and making it in
your system so how too making any habit easy and simple too adding to your
system by connect the habit with good feeling this means, (neuron that wire
together fire together) so by making good connection between a habit and feeling
this gone help you to feel it's easy too do it

the most effective way to learn a habit by doing it, (not planning)

this mean just do it stop write maps and todos just do it thinking too much
about something not good at all try making every thing is simple and easy to
do this gone help for every in your life not only habits

focus on the action not only doing ???!!!

so what this mean by an example if you study for exam don't just open a book
and tell me you are a studying must study will not only reading and solve problems
and write notes and review and etc.., this the point for doing something not
just think you do it all but you actually don't do something

when want adding a new habit don't think about time but think about repeating

this the most important thing when doing a new habit when increase the numbers
of repeating habit this gone increase the possibility for begin a habit in
your system
