if you want to change bad habits make it not attractive:

it's important to do this and this help for my pyscial and mential health
when i think about something very good this help me to be happy and my mode is
good for example: want to study the think about your something you love
this gone help you to be more happy so you make the study habit make you happy
by thinking about happy things that help you ot make your life more happy
and attractive

every behavior have a deep reason for this it

every thing have a deep reason for happing must consider this fact and think
carefully about this

your habits it's a new solution for old desire or wish

if you want ot be rich your mind gone make habits help for this wish like
study and thinking too much about money ;)

the reason for habits it's a desire or (prediction) about something cause feeling about this

must be carefully about the prediction becuase the mind is very denger about
this matter your mind attracte too what it's you thinking about (money ;)

ensure the benefit for avoid the bad habits is clear to help or stop it

thinking about the benfits that back to you when stop a bad habit this
gone help for stop it and avoid this habit, like: using phone 24/7 the benfits
when stop this habit this gone less headache and having more time with the
one you love ;)

the habit become attractive when i connect it with good feeling and the reverse with bad habits so make a system for connect good habits with good feeling and bad with bad feeling

thinking and feeling good with good habits it's good and help for more attractive
to that habit
